Required Monthly Fees

Capital Improvement Fee
$500 per year for each family

Development Fee
$150 per year for each family

Technology Fee
$250 per year for each student

$75 non-refundable application fee per new student application

Enrollment Fee
$325, applicable for the first two children per family

Re-Enrollment Fee
$250/student or $400/family, non-refundable fee required for every returning student billed to accounts on March 1; price increases to $325 per student or $500 per family after March 1

Admission Checklist

STEP 1 - CONTACT US

We want to meet you and share the Heart of Heritage! HCA offers on-campus tours which allow you to see the campus in person and meet with Admissions Director. CLICK HERE to schedule an in-person, on-campus tour. 

STEP 2 - APPLICATION

Complete and submit the online application below*.

STEP 3 - STUDENT ASSESSMENT

A date will be scheduled upon receipt of application for each student.

STEP 4 - FAMILY INTERVIEW

A family interview is conducted by our Admissions team which will determine placement.

*Applications that are not submitted or actively completing the admission process will become inactive after a 30-day period, resulting in the loss of priority order.

How to Apply

The Admission area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our online application. We require families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.

To begin the online application process, click the “APPLY ONLINE” button above. Then log into your account and create a new student application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms

Admission Requirements

Completed Application — Submitted to admissions office with New Student Application Fee

GPA — Minimum GPA standard

Acceptable School Conduct Record — All conduct records are reviewed by the Administration

Testament of Faith — It is a requirement that at least one parent has personally received Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and that the family is active in a local evangelical Christian church. 

Testing — Academic testing may be required for grades K5-12

Interviews — Formal Interviews with Admissions Team and Administration*

*The formal interview is scheduled only when all application paperwork has been completed and received in the admissions office.
