Required Fees - divided into monthly payments
  • Capital Improvement Fee - $450 per year for each family
  • PTF Assessment Fee - $125 per year for each family
  • Technology Fee - $250 per year for each student
Required Fees - one time payment
  • New Student Application Fee - $75 non-refundable application fee, paid upon submission of online application
  • Enrollment Fee - $300; due upon acceptance, applies to the first two children in a family
  • Re-Enrollment Fee - $250/student or $400/family, non-refundable fee required for every returning student; billed to accounts on March 1
Optional Fees - billed monthly
  • After-School Program - $180/month per child plus on time registration fee (non-refundable) of $50 per family
  • Bus Transportation - $50/month for one student, $75/month for the family; pick up/drop off location is Shades Mountain Community Church (2281 Old Tyler Road, Hoover)
  • Heritage Yearbook - $60 total; one time or staggered payment options
