[McCalla, AL] — October 17, 2025 — This morning, the Freshman Class of Heritage Christian Academy led an impactful chapel service centered on Daniel, Chapters 1–7. The students shared a powerful reminder of courage, faith, and steadfastness in the face of trials—drawing inspiration from Daniel’s unwavering commitment to God.
The service featured a student-produced video, completely written, acted, and edited by the freshmen. From script development to final production, the students demonstrated creativity, teamwork, and strong leadership.
Kaylee Frederick and Selah King led the message portion of the chapel, delivering heartfelt words that encouraged their peers to trust in God’s plan and stand firm in their faith.
A dedicated tech team helped bring the entire service to life, showcasing the students’ diverse gifts and their commitment to excellence.
The Freshman Chapel was a wonderful display of the students’ God-given talents and their desire to use them for His glory. It was clear that a tremendous amount of time, effort, and heart went into the presentation—an excellent example of faith in action at HCA.
